Due to the intimate nature of our products, Bareza maintains a strict no return or refund policy once an item has been delivered. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions:

✅ We Accept Exchanges If:

• The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The product is unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

❌ We Do Not Accept:

• Returns on bras, panties, or shapewear due to hygiene reasons.

• Exchanges requested after 3 days of delivery.

• Items that have been tried on or washed.
